I would reconsider the EPDM roof and install a solid one piece aluminum roof. Much much better and, you can go to a truck trailer and buy it in ten foot width fairly reasonable. You’re doing a beautiful job and with a metal roof it will last forever. I also would highly recommend a household energy efficient AC unit with a remote and preferably a name brand. Looks great and a nice job.

I have a5x8 cargo trailer i built out into my mobile dog grooming trailer. Was in business for 5 yrs. I'm ready to make it into a tiny camper and hit the road so much i wanna see and do but I'm lil scared to venture out on my own. Mine is no where near as fancy of build like yours. I wish i had them kinda skills i went watched them videos of yours down to nothing but the frame. Awesome job. Do you ever wanna do this full-time live in it travel around.

@@jeff_lee69 most often campers have salt with them, not so many carry kitty litter. I spent my whole life in snow and ice country. The salt will get the tires gripping just a few inches and sometimes that's all you need to get going.

I'm not saying I'm not jealous of the iceco... But I got a vevor single compartment for $230 CAD, can't beat that! It's also great. It runs on around 35 watts maintaining -22C and that's 6 hours on a very small power station sitting in my +40C SUV.

How did you attach the floor plywood to the frame? I saw no attachment in the vid. Also you seem to have attached the wall studs to the thin aluminum, not the frame. Im assuming I missed something otherwise, your trailor body is not attached to the frame. That thin aluminum is not enough to secure that heavy body.

We all learn from each other. What to do and what not to do. The external shape I was going to use on a camper I was going to build only using similar to the front shape on the rear, so the same but with a 1" vertical section in the middle of it, and tear shape on the front. I say was because of the tow weight limit of my vehicle I will have to cut the overall length by about 40% and 1" off the height plus turn the tear-drop front by 90°, in other words like a horse float type shape. So it literally would be a 1 person camper whereas it originally would have been a 1 person with the ability to sleep 3 if needed
